Sage White is a Los Angeles–based artist working across music, makeup artistry, and visual expression.

Her work spans singer-songwriting, vocal production, and collaborative authorship, alongside a decade-long career as a makeup artist working with artists and brands including Ari Lennox, Victoria Monét, Dior, R.E.M. Beauty, Savage Fenty, and Nike.

Rather than treating these disciplines as separate lanes, Sage approaches them as interconnected systems — each informing how she understands performance, image, authorship, and access. Her perspective has been shaped not only by creative output, but by proximity to professional environments that do not explain themselves.

Sage’s work is concerned with clarity: how artists move through systems, how meaning is constructed, and how identity survives contact with infrastructure. Whether through music, visual work, or written artifacts, her focus remains the same — reducing confusion without flattening complexity.

She is currently based in Los Angeles.
